In the last class, we were said to do an interesting activity: we had to correct three different e-mails because they weren't well-redacted due to some causes,maybe they didn't show the respect they should, maybe they don't use an appropiate lenguage,etc...I think it's is really important because of its essential role in the current professional world. I feel this takes a fundamental place in all this because when you contact with someone in business you have to know how to treat him/her in order to cause a good impression.
I hope one day this activity helps me to control the situation if I am in professional one!
