Being assertive's advantages

Last day, we did an intereseting activity thta I am sure it will serve us as an advince to follow in the future.
We had to simulate in pairs a conversation of a boss and his worker, Pedro, who is used to think that he is the best and his ideas the best ones. The boss had to achieve making Pedro less self-centered by being assertive.Achieving that is not an easy labour but if you can do that it will be easier for you to get more benefits not just for other's interests, also for yours and that imply having a lot of advantages in business world. I hope one day I am able to dominate that!
