Desire to improve

In today's class, José Francisco was the secretary and altough he hasn't done his functions perectly, he has done in a very good way. The only thing I'd improve from his behavior is that he should have pressed us a bit more when nobody has replied him what we would change from Alberto's blog. He seemed to feel no pressure and that's maybe be the key. When I was the secretary I felt nervous and I thought that I was talking in a loud voice when I actually wasn't. Maybe, as I have already said, the key is to feel self-confident ,not to feel pressure and to trust myself. I hope I am able to achieve that in the future!
