Learning to say no

Along history, society didn't respect workers rights and bosses could do whatever the wanted with them. Fortunately, current society and professional world has developed a lot and nowadays workers' feeling are taken in account.
In today's class we have done an activity related to that: we had to simulate a conversation and replay it to the rest of the class in which a boss wants his worker to do a report for a date he can't at all. The objective of the activity is to make the worker say "no" without being aggressive. This activity has made me think a lot because if we aren't brave and can't say "no" when we need, we cannot hope people to respect us. Saying "no" is not just an advice, it's a way of being respected in our life and the reality is that no-one could survive in this world without minimum of  temper!

  1. It is very important to say no, but in a good way and always saying the truth. Interesting entry!
